The town which is a modern and very popular touristic centre with its hotels, restaurants etc. Is also a town wehere the ancient historical heritage is very well protected. The baths next to the town have been restored and are now museums where very interesting statues of gods and goddesses are exhibited.

On the sea front there are very nice restaurants and cafes and it is possible to hire motorboats for cruises.
